The Williamsport Community Band is a non-profit ensemble in Williamsport, MD. With over 65 members, musicians are also teachers, veterans, nurses, students, and more. Led by John Slick and Micah Socks, the band performs free concerts year-round for the Town of Williamsport in order to promote music and music education within the community.
The Community Band also has a Jazz Band led by Bryan Detrow bringing modern and classic big band music to the community throughout the year.

Our spring season of music is about to kick off. Rehearsals begin on Sunday, February 15th at Zion Lutheran Church. Arrive for an on time warm up beginning at 2:00 pm. Please visit our members page to see the calendar, find other useful information, and update your contact information.

The Jazz Band performed a unique, outdoor concert under the stars for a community event in Sabillasville, MD. It was a great time and awesome experience.
