The Williamsport Community Band is a non-profit ensemble in Williamsport, MD. With over 65 members, musicians are also teachers, veterans, nurses, students, and more. Led by John Slick and Micah Socks, the band performs free concerts year-round for the Town of Williamsport in order to promote music and music education within the community.
The Community Band also has a Jazz Band led by Bryan Detrow bringing modern and classic big band music to the community throughout the year.

The Jazz Band is excited to host our first dance at the Springfield Barn. We'll have food, drinks, live music by the band, and dance lessons. This totally FREE event will surely be a great time for all.
